Great Beam – Character [Non-combustible]
NON-COMBUSTIBLE WOOD-EFFECT BEAMS AND SURROUNDS
Moulded from actual wooden beams and hand-finished in a choice of colours, our wood-effect beams and surrounds are made from non-combustible high-density mineral composite and look incredibly realistic – it is virtually impossible to tell them apart from the real thing!
They are created for use where clearances from a stove don’t allow the use of timber beams. Suggested Clearances for non-combustible surrounds and beams: 250mm above the stove on a 5kW Stove and 350mm on a 7kW stove.

SOLID OAK STOVE SURROUNDS AND BEAMS MADE TO MEASURE
The ultimate luxury finishing touch to your stove installation, our Solid Oak stove surrounds and beams can be made to measure to fit any special size requirements and are available in a wide range of styles, finishes and colours.
Our HETAS installers are qualified to ensure that your solid oak stove surround or mantel beam installation is carried out within strict safety guidelines.
STONE-EFFECT FASCIA BEAMS
Moulded from a genuine stone beam, our fascia beams are easy to handle and fit, and come in three realistic stone-effects – Limestone and Cotswoldstone for that smoother finish and Tudor reproduction to match the character of an old piece of timber.
GREAT BEAM AND DEEP BEAMS
Our Great Beams and Deep Beams are cut from the heart of the oak log by skilled craftsmen, so they reveal every knot, split and shake created by nature’s hand. Available with Round Edge, Rustic, Dressed, Aged, Extremely Aged or Ancient and are then beautifully finished with the colour of your choice.
SOLID OAK BEAMS AND SHELVES
For our solid oak beams and shelves we have various profiles, lengths and depths to choose from, along with a multitude of surface texture and ageing, and of course several colour choices – from Natural Waxed Oak, Medium Oak, Silvered Oak to Warm Antique.
HOLLOW BEAMS
Hollow Beams are fabricated to give the appearance of a Solid Beam, and their lighter construction makes them ideal if weight is an issue with your installation. Available in any size up to 3m, Hollow Beams are not available as Dressed, Extremely Aged or Ancient Oak options.
LARGE AND STANDARD FASCIA BEAMS
Both Large and Standard Fascia Beams can be made in all our different options. These include Prime, Round Edge, Rustic, Dressed, Aged, Extremely Aged and Ancient Oak. All these Beams are produced using Kiln-dried timber which is subject to far less movement.
LAMINATED BEAMS
The Prestige Beam is for those who require a larger beam (4.75” x 4.75”) and, as the name suggests, the beams are laminated which is visible at both ends of the beam, giving a beautiful look to your installation. The Prestige Beam is also available with matching Corbels and the Easy-fix System.
SHELVES WITH CORBELS
These attractive shelves will enhance any stove installation and can be ordered in a wide variety of timbers and finishes. As every shelf is hand-made, they can be manufactured to suit your specific size requirements.
FLOATING SHELVES
Contemporary floating shelves above your stove installation are a perfect alternative to a beam or surround. We have a variety of styles, finishes, colours and materials to match any existing surroundings.
MINI FASCIA BEAMS, PANELS, FLOATING SHELVES
If something smaller is required for your stove installation, then our mini fascia beams, fascia panels and floating shelves are the perfect solution. All are available in our usual finishes and produced using kiln-dried timber which is then subject to less movement.
