If your property has an existing chimney then a flexible flue liner is often the most recommended flue system to install. It is cost-effective, and utilises the current fireplace installation in the property.
The Poujoulat stainless steel flexible flue liners are designed for lining the existing flue or masonry chimney. Therefore, these are suitable for gas, oil and multi fuel installations.
316L and 904L are the two grades available. 904L is a higher grade making it suitable for the conditions found with coal based solid fuel installations.

If the property does not have an existing chimney, or an extension has been added to the property, insulated twin wall flue systems are used.
There are two installation methods for twin wall flue systems. The first being straight up through the ceilings and floors of the property. The system then exists through either a flat or pitched tiled roof.
The other method has exit points at either 45° or 90°, usually from an external wall, and the flue system then continues up the outside of the property. This method is also suitable if there is an attached single-story building (for example a garage). The flue system exists the main property into the garage, and then exists through the garage roof.
Not all stoves can use this method, but the TJS Installations sales team will guide you through the process.
