The report will also give indicative costings for any relevant works required for post/pre-sale completion to achieve a HETAS Certification Compliance Certificate.
We have fully qualified HETAS Engineers who can carry out all aspects of works required. For a small fee of £89.99 we will attend the property and carry out key checks to prevent any delay on the purchase, working within the schedule of the sale and provide a full report of our findings.
