- Installed a new structural steel lintel, calculated by our trusted structural engineer, ensuring the alteration met all safety standards.

With the structural work complete, we focused on refining the affected areas, delivering a polished look:
- Plastering: We re-plastered all affected areas, including both ceilings, to ensure a flawless finish.
- Decorating: Both rooms were painted in a fresh, modern colour scheme, enhancing the overall ambiance and tying the spaces together seamlessly.
